Who I am

JET Studio is a marketing studio run by me, Jess. This notice explains how I handle information sent through this website.

What I collect

When you submit the enquiry form, I collect only what you give me:

• your name and email address
• your business name or website, if you choose to add it
• the type of engagement you're interested in, and your message

To prevent spam and abuse, a one-way hashed version of your IP address is stored with your enquiry and used only to limit repeat submissions. Your raw IP address is not stored.

How I use it

I use your enquiry to reply to you and discuss potential work. I don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are stored in a private database provided through Lovable Cloud, the hosting and backend platform this website runs on. Access is restricted to the site owner; the enquiries are not publicly readable.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or a newsletter.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent me. Just send a request through the contact form and mention it's a privacy request.
